Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Online purchases cannot be cancelled or returned.

How can I exchange my order?

To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your product.

Exchange requests shall only be fulfilled if the product has undergone transit damage, breakage or demonstrates a functional defect contrary to the promised product as shown on the our website.

Gajras, hair accessories and jewellery will not be exchanged.

To initiate the exchange process, please send an email to sales@puregheedesigns.com with digital pictures and clear explanation of the defect or damage.

PURE GHEE DESIGNS shall be the sole deciding factor to determine the authenticity of your request. If your exchange request is approved, we will ask of you to send back the product to the following address with the original invoice and packaging.

The cost of shipping has to be born by the customer. If the goods are lost in return, it is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.

The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.   If these criteria are not met, your request for a refund may be rejected. Pure Ghee Designs shall be the sole deciding factors to determine the authenticity of your request.

An amount of Rs. 250 will be deducted from the total amount as handling charges. 

We shall try our best to fulfill your exchange request with the same product if it is within the above stated criteria. In case the same product is sold out or not in stock, we shall inform you of the same and may offer you a refund, for which credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

We do not have an exchange policy for international orders. Any taxes or duties levied has to be bourne by the customer.

Care of Products

How do I take care of my Pure Ghee bag ?

To keep your bag looking its best, store in a box or dust bag when you are not using it and avoid water and prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight.

For our quilted bags, the first time dry clean is recommended. This makes your bag look as good as new and also increases the life of your bag. 

Subsequently the bag can be gently hand washed at home and dried in shade.

Non quilted cotton and silk bags should only be dry cleaned.

Orders and Shipping

1. What are my shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for purchases over Rs. 2000/-. Anything of lesser value will be charged.

2. How long does shipping take?

We will take 1-2 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed, delivery will take 5-7 for domestic shipping. We do not hand deliver orders. 

Please ensure that the address given by you is correct. The contact number has to be correct and that of the customer or the person receiving the order. Delivery cannot take place if there is no response on the phone or the address is incorrect.

3. Can I get my order delivered faster?

We charge an additional INR 200 for faster delivery. In this case delivery would take place 2-3 days after your order has been processed.

4. Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally. The website will compute the charges based on the volumetric weight of your order and your location. Please note that we do not have a return or exchange policy for international orders.

5. How do I track my order?

You are intimated by email once the payment for your order is confirmed. Another email is sent when your order is dispatched.

6. Can another person receive my order?

Yes. In case you feel that you may not be able to receive the package because you will be in transit, plan for another person or a neighbour to receive it.

7. How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once your order has been completed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. This will contain your order number and the details of everything that you’ve ordered. We suggest you create an account when you order so that you can log into your account and check the status of your order.

8. Are you able to gift-wrap purchases?

Yes, we are able to gift wrap your purchase. We understand that our products are popular gift ideas. 

For all gifts, we will not include the bill within the package but will email you the bill for future reference. 

9. Can I change my shipping address after having placed my order?

Once the order has been placed it will not be possible to change the shipping address.

How can I place a wholesale order?

Write to us with details of your order at sales@puregheedesigns.com. We will get back to you with our wholesale catalogue.

Can I visit your studio?

Our studio is based near the Delhi – Gurgaon border on MG Road. Visits can be planned on prior appointment. Mail us at sales @puregheedesigns.com
